Day 45– The Levity Project
Today is one of those days that I had to go looking for something to make me laugh. So I Googled play and laughter and found The Levity Project
According to their website: “The Levity Project is a social movement creating change through public acts of play, laughter, and celebration. The mission of The Levity Project is to help decrease the spirit of negativity, stress, and fatigue in our society by infusing public spaces with a lighter and more buoyant energy.”
Enjoy the video from them called Car Dancing…
Smiling now,
Mary

Mary,
I just want to thank you for highlighting The Levity Project, and specifically the Car Dancing video. From being personally involved in this, I can definitely say this whole experience brought lots of smiles and laughter! Honestly, there were also moments of unease, too – where that self-conscious kicks in and wonders what others are thinking. Getting beyond that, though – was liberating and just plain FUN!!
Again, thanks so much for highlighting this!
